February 2020 East Nusa Tenggara Inflation 0.36 percent

Abstract

• February 2020, 3 cities in East Nusa Tenggara experienced inflation of 0.36 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 104.33. The city of Kupang experienced inflation of 0.49 percent, the City of Maumere experienced a deflation of 0.25 percent and the City of Waingapu experienced a deflation of 0.04 percent.

• February 2020 inflation in East Nusa Tenggara occurred because of an increase in the price index in 7 of the 11 expenditure groups. The expenditure group that experienced the largest price index increase was the food, beverage and tobacco group which rose by 1.18 percent.
