January 2024, TPK for star hotels was recorded at 33.20 percent, while TPK for non-star hotels was 13.14 percent

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province in January 2024 was recorded at 33.20 percent, an increase of 18.32 percent compared to the TPK in January 2023. Compared to the previous month, the TPK in January 2024 decreased by 26.87 percent.
The total average length of stay of guests in star classification hotels in January 2024 reached 1.72 days. The average length of stay of foreign guests reaches 2.30 days while the average length of stay of domestic guests reaches 1.60 days.
During January 2024, as many as 8,426 foreign tourists visited NTT, this figure decreased by 33.54 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists in the previous month.
The TPK for non-star hotels in NTT Province in January 2024 is 13.14 percent, a decrease of 28.74 percent compared to December 2023.
The number of non-star hotel guests in January 2024 was recorded at 30,361 people, a decrease of 11,673 people compared to December 2023.
The number of star hotel guests in January 2024 decreased by 30.16 percent or decreased by 15,137 people compared to December 2023.
