December 2023, the TPK for star hotels was recorded at 45.40 percent, while the TPK for non-star hotels was 18.44 percent

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province in December 2023 was recorded at 45.40 percent, an increase of 8.02 percent compared to the TPK in December 2022. Compared to the previous month, the TPK in December 2023 increased by 2.46 percent.
The number of star hotel guests in December 2023 rose 8.58 percent, an increase of 3,967 people compared to November 2023.
The total average length of stay of guests in star classification hotels in December 2023 reached 1.70 days. The average length of stay of foreign guests reached 2.08 days. While the average length of stay of domestic guests reaches 1.65 days.
The TPK for non-star hotels in NTT Province in December 2023 is 18.44 percent, an increase of 2.90 percent compared to November 2023.
The number of non-star hotel guests in December 2023 was recorded at 42,034 people, an increase of 2,331 people compared to November 2023.
During December 2023, as many as 12,678 foreign tourists visited NTT, this figure increased by 43.45 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists in the previous month.
